So apparently ABC news smoked/slipped on the banana peel and pre-released their 'coverage' of tonight's debate (they have corrected themselves now, the link is redirected). Obviously it's a draft story without the details, but it's highly amusing - you can still read the screen capture here.

Hell, there are so many agreements and restrictions about what they can and are going to say, and so much interaction between the campaign strategists and the press that the whole thing is already scripted anyway, why not pre-cover it? Politics is spectacle anyhow - nothing in the campaign process affects actual policy, and everybody already knows where their vote is going.
