triadruid: Apollo and the Raven, c. 480 BC , Pistoxenus Painter (Default)
[personal profile] triadruid
Yanked from a bunch of people I don't know (possibly off of [livejournal.com profile] occipitaldruid's friends list), but the best wording came from [livejournal.com profile] caffeina:

1. Think of a word you would use to describe me.
2. Go to Google Image Search and search for that word.
3. Select the picture you see as most fitting, and post it as a reply to this entry.
4. Post this in your journal. The spice must flow.

And, feel free to turn Safe Search off. That's for babies. It sometimes filters more than just porn, and I don't care about mature NWS content. (edit: and I likely won't be able to read this again until after work anyway. Work's kicking my butt this week)

Argh. I keep getting the wrong kind of "furry". Even when I search on just "druid"!!!

Fine. Here's what I got:

Y'know, 'fuzzy' seems to be less terrifying, if no less weird...

heh, the funny thing is that I am about the only person on my friends list left who hasn't done this one. :D

See http://www.avonfirebrigade.gov.uk/images/seastag.gif for photo and context.

(if somebody could tell me how to post the actual image, I'd be happy to)

From: [identity profile] kittenpants.livejournal.com
<img src="http://www.avonfirebrigade.gov.uk/images/seastag.gif" title="British Isles Rescue Stag" />

img indicates you're embedding an image.
src is the source that the tag pulls the image from.
title is text you want to pop up by the cursor when somebody mouses over the image.

Ending it with /> is technically unnecessary in lj, since you can just end it with >... but I got into the habit from coding xml... it's the coding equivalent of avoiding a dangling participle.
From: [identity profile] kittenpants.livejournal.com
Hrm. Pretend that's all on one line. LJ decided to wrap it for me.

The word is...

springy - as in bouncy, a springy in his step like, ocassionally wound to type.

I've tried Kittenpants suggestion and failed so you'll have to follow the link.

Wow! That is fascinating!

What was the word, by the way?

It seemed someone already tried druid so I searched for Celt. That leapt out.
