Although I don't remember know what the specifics of what I picked were about...I probably made it harder than it had any right to be (though not as hard as yours [for me] - ouch!)
Upon consideration ... there's probably a dozen people in the world who would score better than 20 on my quiz ... the only reason chaosdruid scored so high is she's had to listen to my rambling for decades ...
Heh ... I refuse to hack the machines of people I know ... despite what some people might think ;-)
I also refuse to admit to hacking any machines when people who are asssociated with law enforcement in even an ancillary capacity are around ...
Actually, the only machines I've ever broken in to were those that:
A) I was contracted to do so in order to retrieve information that an employee/associate had attempted to destroy (and due to the sensitive nature of the situation the employer couldn't go to a commercial data recovery firm)
B) It was something I could have access to legitimately, but it would take longer than I was willing to wait
Actually, I just find it easier to listen than to talk, so even if I get started, I tend to stop given the slightest provocation... this quiz was really hard to write actually, because I had to include things people at least had a snowball's chance of knowing.
So far there's only one question NO ONE has gotten right, but some of the wrong answers have been very...enlightening.
Well, it's not like we're your clients or anything... you're not required to learn the minutia of our lives... but yeah, either I need to start telling more, or people aren't paying attention (or both).
That's the point, isn't it? It's "bits of stuff" we know about people, which can be different from really knowing a person. When you really know someone, some of that "stuff" naturally follows, but not necessarily.
I'm afraid to try. Did better than I thought on your fiancee's test, but really blew it with Kim's, Debbie's, and Mac's tests. No more confidence left (snif).

Date: 2004-05-05 02:17 pm (UTC)seriously though. I *really* like making tests and quizzes, so I guess I did a good job...more to come in the next day or so.
