Guilty Pleasures

zylch the other day about catharsis and releasing tension. Video games were the subject of the moment, but she said they didn't work for her; 'real' violence had to be involved, such as breaking dishes.
Video games work to an extent for me, and nothing beats a real good workout or 'wrestling session' (of any sort). But my drive home today reminded me of another one: really loud music. My radio graciously obliged the Friday commute with a helpful dose of raucous rock.
