Three things (and no one was surprised)
Apr. 24th, 2007 09:19 amThing One: Somebody discovered kryptonite. Well, sort of. Thanks for this story go to
zylch, who gets her news eight hours ahead of the rest of us. ;)
Thing the Second:
montecook (formerly of Wizards of the Coast) has an LJ. And he's a big dork (and no one was surprised, again). But he's funny, at least.
Thing C: Now that I've got some brainspace freed up from the Amnesia Campaign (most of our work for Friday's session is done, finally), here's that meme from last Friday that made the rounds:
Comment here and I will:

Comment here and I will:
- Tell you why I friended you.
- Associate you with something - a song, a color, a photo, etc.
- Tell you something I like about you.
- Write you a short poem. (or swipe song lyrics that I think fit you... poetry isn't really my forté)
- Associate you with a fictional character.
- Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
- Comment on your LJ icons.

Pretty eyed, pirate smile, you'll marry a music man
Ballerina; you must have seen her dancing in the sand
And now she's in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand"

But heaven knows I'm miserable now
I was looking for a job, and then I found a job
And heaven knows I'm miserable now
In my life
Why do I give valuable time
To people who don't care if I live or die?"

Of course, I was later able to sort out that I had no business trying to ally myself with that deity, so it's all right in the end.
7. I use it on the rare occasion that a Dark Tower reference crops up. It's also meant for occasions on which I give up on someone or something, which occur much more rarely.

(See me) And if my face becomes sincere, beware!
(Hold me) And when I start to come undone, stitch me together
(Save me) And when you see me strut, remind me of what left this outlaw torn."

One I meant to ask this morning - Why those particular lyrics? You said part of it was because of the dub I made for you. The other part?
