I just got one for a voice over the phone. That was... awkward, internally at least.

Hehe. I have that problem every now and again. Of course for me it's a little less... er... obvious :)

Of course, inquiring minds want to know who the person on the phone sounded like. And what it reminded you of. I mean, you can't just bring up stuff like that and leave us hanging, yo.

Also, it was no one current, so that seems safer - I've never HAD phone sex with any of you.

And actually, it wasn't that....errr, stiff of a reaction, just the increased heart rate, flushing, and distraction-while-trying-to-look-something-up-and-relate-it. And about 20 minutes of subsequent follow-up distraction in my brain. :)

Anyway, it wasn't anything that I'd call "repeatable". It was a combination of vocal timbre and the phrase "give you something fun to do over your lunch hour", as near as I can tell. It was all I could do not to retort in kind, to this woman whose name I don't even know...

I've got strong anchors of every sort--visual, auditory, kinesthetic-tactile, gustatory, and olfactory. I've worked on reducing some of them to keep such instances less common.

They can be so enjoyable, though!
