Anybody have any tips on this?

Working on getting myself back into a more 'productive' mindset, but I'll need a little help at first. What I'm looking for, ideally, is a cron-like function for Windows, that would remind me at certain points of the day (morning and evening of workdays, essentially).
Now I'm sure this basic functionality exists. The kicker is, I'd prefer it have a way to detect if the computer is already in use (i.e. I'm sitting at it, typing/clicking), and not out of the house, already asleep/at work, etc. One possibility for this is detection of the screensaver being active, but maybe someone else has a more clever idea than I do of this.
P.S. I apologize now and in advance to anybody who brushes up against me in "focused bastard" mode. Eventually things will settle into a new stable rhythm, but for right now I have to be kind of ruthless with myself, and it may bleed out the edges a bit.
