I have a very important question, and it is unrelated to this post, but I must ask it here anyway.
If a group of obvious non-hobos were to be arrested for sitting around a small open flame in a flame-appropriate container (say, a cauldron fire) roasting marshmallows and singing camp songs, what would they most likely be arrested for if they were a) on the sidewalk, b) in a public park, c) in the median?
