What do you think of Asian horror films? Meh. The style of most leaves me cold; the American remakes are even worse usually.
When did you last enjoy a book? About an hour ago, on a break. I'm reading Tim Powers Last Call and Harry Turtledove's Settling Accounts: Drive to the East right now (actively).
Jesus or Buddha and why? Someone asked me this the other day, so I'll quote my answer from there: "Jesus and Buddha in the Octagon to the death. Who do you put your money on? Jesus; his regeneration cycle is faster."
What did you do to celebrate your last birthday? Bailed out an overflowing toilet, had sushi, and went to MicroCenter to scout new computer parts.
What's your favorite novel? No one novel is my favorite. I'm moderately omnivorous, though I trend toward world-engrossing, complex plots, and fantasy/sci-fi. Hemingway ain't my thing, but I think Dostoevsky is funny. And Rand.
How would you run the world? Dictator Chairman with lots of advisors.
