Who was that masked caller?

Others of you may know about this already, but there appears to be a site out there leveraging the web to identify automated/"Unknown Caller ID" callers. http://800notes.com/ appears to be on the up-and-up, though obviously the information is only as good as what is put into it.

Have you tried reversing the polarity on the VURD?
