hey, it seems to be going well, actually, from a case less than a month ago, I have one bottle left... btw, christmas cookie is bottled, as is a really dark braggot(naturally carbonated, with no busted bottles), and a lycii is in its secondary fermentation. next on the projects list: another christmas flavor(xmas orange? mulled cider? other thoughts?) and for valentines: Rhodomel(rose mead) and of course, 5 gal of lavender to follow soon... twas too tasty to not repeat...
