It wasn't a commentary on Bowie, per se, but on the shift from our usual musical selection floating up from downstairs...

Sure, sorry... I understood that... I think I didn't answer very well.

I meant that if he could see past color lines there's no reason why us regular folks can't.

You probably wouldn't guess my musical tastes to look at me. I am perhaps one of the whitest people you'd ever see, but I listen to a *lot* of rap and hip-hop. Not cuz I'm a wannabe gang banger, or anything, lol... I just like the music. And I think that's a more common occurance than people think, is all I meant.

I liked your post though... it was pretty funny. :) I guess that would raise an eyebrow of mine as well, lol.
